I’m loving these original natural rubber flip-flop slides. A simple but stylish version of the classic thong or flip-flop these are perfect for home, beach and the shops. I find the straps are super comfortable and don’t dig in. They come in a range of colours but my favourite has to be this Daintree Green. Hand-made scented soy candles are my new obsession. Even my boys are asking me to light these candles as they find the scent and the flame relaxing. We’ve tried a variety of scents kindly gifted to us and our favourites would have to be coffee for the morning, beach house in the afternoon and relaxation in the evening. There’s many more to choose from and all candles are poured into a lovely glass jar with a lid. We love how the jar can be repurposed to store trinkets or pencils after the candle has been used.

5. Biome – Retreatment Botanics Instant Glow Face Masque

This devine masque is part of a luxurious and natural skin-care range containing native Australian extracts. Applying this masque to my sensitive skin I found it gentle and could just feel a slight tingling due to the fruit acids. This masque left my skin feeling soft and smooth and is an ideal way to focus on self-care at home. I love how this product is cruelty free and supports the Olivia Newton-John cancer wellness and research centre.

I’m feeling so grateful to receive this custom minimalist illustration of my two boys created by a very talented local Sydney artist. This illustration has been created from one of my favourite photos of our boys but the colours were changed a little to match our home decor. You just have to e mail a photo and a mock-up will be provided before the illustration is printed and posted. This is a beautiful keepsake I will cherish forever and makes a lovely unique Mother’s Day gift.
